1. Services

ABT Enviros provides parcel, freight, and courier services within the United States, subject to availability and applicable rates.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates valid for 14 days. Final pricing is confirmed at booking and may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, and accessorial services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate shipment information.
Properly package items to prevent damage.
Comply with all federal and state shipping regulations.
Not ship prohibited items (hazardous materials without prior approval, illegal goods, perishables without arrangement).

4. Liability

Standard liability is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional coverage is purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon booking unless an account agreement is in place. Late accounts incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 dispatch fee.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Brazoria County, Texas.
